Portland, OR

We rode back on the ferry after a great time in Victoria. We wanted to see portland, so we headed out early and got there later in the afternoon. We went to the hotel and all we wanted to do was relax, so we watched a movie and went to the hot tub. We found a nifty shop down the road that sold a lot of the new age stuff. In the morning we wanted to make sure we got some of those voodoo doughnuts. We headed out bright and early to find the store. After a long wait in line we got our amazingly good looking doughnuts.

The day was going great until we tried to start the car. The battery was dead. Luckily there was a Firestone just down the way that we could walk to, and the guys brought out a portable battery. We were really glad that we weren't in the middle of nowhere with this issue. We pulled in the car to get a new battery, and what we thought would take  an hour took five, and by the time we were done it was too late to do anything we had planned, so we said goodbye to Portland. We still don't know what wonders it holds besides the famous voodoo doughnuts.
